Returns are available for merchandise with or without a defect, and we offer exchanges. Every return must be a new, unused item that remains in its initial condition, including original box or packaging, tags, and accompanying accessories.
Notify us within 30 days beginning on the delivery date. The request needs the order number, checkout email, and an account of the reason. Non-defective reasons include changing one's mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong product. Damage, defects, wrong shipments, missing pieces, and material inconsistencies with the description are also covered; related photo or video evidence may be requested.
The authorized return method is mail. Each package contains a free return label, and no restocking fee is imposed. Do not ship without our instructions. An exchange can proceed only when inventory permits. Following approval, the refund is issued back to the original payment method and processed within 10 days.
